We understand that organising care for yourself or a loved one will often come with lots of questions, especially if it's for the very first time.
We always aim to be open with our clients and their families about the services we offer throughout Burnley and Pendle, whether it's a query about dementia care, end of life support or any of the other services we provide, you can trust us to give you the information you require.

How can I make payments?
Right Care (Lancashire) Ltd can accept payments by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
Call us on 01282 424240 if you would like to discuss making a payment.
We will send you an invoice when your balance is due with all the information you need to make payments.
Am I eligible for help with payments?
You may be entitled to assistance with care costs, either from local social care services or through government grant schemes.
We will also be happy to work with you to see if we are able to set up a customised payment plan for you where feasible.
Can I change my support package?
We understand that peoples circumstances are subject to change, as such, we will have regular reviews with you to ensure your personalised care still meets requirements and make adjustments where necessary.
What are your office hours?
We are open from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
Calls made outside of office opening hours will be routed through to the manager on duty, who will help where possible.
